How Psychologists Define, Treat, and View Racism • FIRST Inclusive Education Hour

February 9, 2021 @ 4:15 pm - 5:15 pm

The term racism is often used synonymously with individual bias, prejudice, stereotyping, or discrimination. In this talk, Dr. Phia Salter (PSY) will discuss different approaches to racism in psychology and the implications of focusing on biases among individuals versus racism embedded in systems.
