Fostering Racial Justice in STEM • FIRST Inclusive Education Presentation

STEM administrators, faculty, and staff who strive to foster equity and racial justice in STEM need frameworks and resources to ground their individual and collective efforts. In this presentation, Dr. Terrell Morton (University of Missouri) will share Tara Yosso’s Community Cultural Wealth model, demonstrating how it can be used to foster equity and racial justice in STEM through activities that prompt individual growth as well as collective strategies to drive transformative change within classrooms, departments, colleges, and universities.
