Anonymous Grading Initiative • FIRST Inclusive Education Hour

December 14, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Anonymous grading enables professors to reduce implicit bias in the grading process.  At this event, Julia Bauer ’23 and Wren Healy ’23 share tools to implement anonymous grading for various types of assessments on Moodle and insights from Davidson professors who grade anonymously.  In pursuit of impartial and inclusive teaching practices at Davidson, the SGA Academics Committee has begun this initiative to learn about and inform others of the merits and logistics of anonymous grading.
